Mull & Iona Community Trust – Evaluation and Development of Community Wellbeing Project

Business SupportCase StudiesCommunity (& Stakeholder) EngagementEvaluationImpact Evaluation

SKS undertook an evaluation and next steps development planning for the Trust’s pilot Community Wellbeing Project. We used a mixture of community drop-ins, events and semi-structured interviews with project partners and project participants to identify the value and impact of this project in addressing the social, health and wellbeing needs of the local community.

Using these findings, alongside best practice case studies and in-depth interviews with health and social care professionals and third sector organisations, we developed an options appraisal, recommendations and evaluation framework to inform the future development of the Trust’s approach to supporting health and wellbeing of their communities.

Final Report

  • “Working with SKS enabled us to understand the complex challenges of supporting the health and wellbeing of our communities. We really appreciated their sensitive, informed and pragmatic approach and their enthusiasm and commitment to helping us develop our next steps plans.”
    Sian Scott, Project Manager, MICT
