Argyll & Bute Council: Funding Toolkit

Case StudiesCommunity (& Stakeholder) EngagementFunding

We worked with Argyll & Bute Council to support Community Led Local Development (CLLD) by harnessing local knowledge and insights. Our work focused on identifying funding opportunities and developing practical resources to empower community groups.

As part of this, we created a working document that will be referred to and updated, and a comprehensive Funding Toolkit. The toolkit guides CLLD groups through the funding application process, outlining key requirements for success, from setting clear aims and objectives to preparing detailed financial tables.

These resources were co-designed by SKS following extensive community engagement and analysis, ensuring they reflect the needs and priorities of local communities across Argyll & Bute.
