Shona Sinclair
Director
Shona is an experienced senior manager specialising in business planning. Shona has thirty years’ experience in working with the commercial sector, public and not for profit sector. Claire Whyte
Director
Claire has extensive experience within the third sector having managed several large community projects. Her background in marketing and experience of project management has helped organisations reach diverse audiences, facilitated project planning, built partnerships and expanded income streams.
Kerrien Grant
Director
Kerrien has a 25 year career spanning community, social and economic development, with extensive project delivery experience across the public and third sectors. She holds an MSc in Social Enterprise and has delivered a wide range of options appraisals, feasibility studies and business plans for social enterprises and community organisations across Scotland.
Nicky Hesketh
Director
Nicky provides support and advice for third sector organisations to help them research, plan and deliver projects. Her background in the tourism industry and community organisations has given her experience in research and analysis, marketing strategy and community engagement.
Dr Susan Warren
Director
Susan has 30 years of experience working in the fields of nature conservation, sustainability and community engagement. She has worked across the public, private, charitable and community sectors, in the development of partnerships, strategic plans, projects, qualitative research studies, and impact evaluation. Her research expertise is in behaviour change and nature connection.
Colin Duff
SKS Associate, Evaluation, Engagement & Youth Work Specialist
Colin specialises in supporting organisations to build capacity for self-evaluation and to use the results to improve service design and maximise their impact. He also supports community organisations and young people plan and implement research activity, using the results to influence funders and build support.
Annie Tunnicliffe
SKS Associate, Social Enterprise Specialist
Annie is a funding and project planning specialist. She has a wealth of experience in cash flow projections for large grant and loan applications, business planning, project management support for funding large bids and investment readiness reviews for organisations.

Heritage Community Engagement
Robin is passionate about engaging communities with heritage. He has delivered a range of collections management and audience development projects for several local authority and independent museums across Argyll and since 2010 has helped deliver accreditation for five museums.

John is a professional economist with 32 years’ consultancy experience and nine years experience in government, most recently as Chief Economist (Assistant Secretary) at the New South Wales Department of Planning and Environment.
