Community Trust development e.g. Mull & Iona Community Trust (MICT)

·         Strategy development

·         Governance mechanisms

·         Community engagement

·         Work with the boards to develop the organisations (whether start-up or mature) and the board members by facilitating skills audit and development sessions as required

Rathbone Charity

·         Developing a social enterprise model within the charity to enable it to generate sustainable income. Deliverables include market research (conducted with Rathbone clients), strategy, business and financial plans

Scottish Society for Autism

·         Carried out a strategy review of the potential to develop and increase fundraising income within the charity

·         Providing ongoing mentoring support to facilitate and develop the strategy within the organisation

·         Marketing planning

·         HR including learning and development, recruitment, and policies

·         Operational processes and procedures to reduce operational risk

·         General business support for day to day operations
